We accept no responsibility for any subsequent messages that you may receive directly from such real estate agent, owner, developer and/or any third party.
5. Cancellation or ban:
5.1 Smsrk has the right to prevent or cancel any user’s access to the website and the application or stop dealing with any person for any reason, including for example but not limited to: the use of profanity, obscenity, threats, harassment, defamation, abuse of others in any way or exposure in any way with any form of abuse towards any employee of Smsrk whether on the website, application, e-mail, phone calls or messages, in writing, or in person.
5.2 In the event that we receive five or more notifications of the existence of a fake property advertisement or incorrect specifications (including, without limitation) incorrect price, expired advertisement, fake advertisement and the validity of the notification has been verified, the advertisement will be removed and in the event of repetition of such advertisements, the owner may be subject to ban or cancellation of membership.
